The Falkirk Stadium is the modern home of Falkirk Football Club, located in the Westfield area on the outskirts of Falkirk, central Scotland. Opened in 2004, the stadium replaced the club's historic Brockville Park and was built by Falkirk Council in a public-private partnership. With a capacity of 7,937, the stadium currently has three completed all-seater stands — the West Stand (main stand), the North Stand (opened 2005), and the South Stand (opened 2009). A fourth east stand has not yet been constructed. The playing surface is a hybrid grass pitch. The record attendance of 7,926 was set on 19 May 2017 for a Championship play-off match against Dundee United. Falkirk FC were promoted to the Scottish Premiership ahead of the 2025-26 season and maintained their top-flight status for 2026-27, making The Falkirk Stadium one of the smaller grounds in the Premiership. The Falkirk The Bairns are one of Scotland's older clubs with a rich history including two Scottish Cup wins and decades of competitive football.
Falkirk FC moved to The Falkirk Stadium from Brockville Park in 2004. Brockville had been the club's home since 1885 and was one of the most atmospheric old grounds in Scotland before its demolition. The record attendance at The Falkirk Stadium is 7,926 for the Championship play-off second leg against Dundee United on 19 May 2017. The stadium was built in three phases — the west stand opened first in 2004, the north stand in 2005, and the south stand in 2009. Falkirk have competed at various levels of Scottish football and their promotion back to the Premiership for 2025-26 marked a significant return to the top flight. The Falkirk area is also home to the world-famous Kelpies horse-head sculptures and the historic Falkirk Wheel rotating boat lift, making the town a significant visitor destination.
The Falkirk Stadium, while one of the smaller Premiership grounds, generates a lively and committed atmosphere when the club is in form. The compact three-stand configuration focuses supporter noise effectively. The Falkirk Bairns support — passionate and loyal through promotion and relegation — create an enthusiastic home environment for Premiership fixtures.
