Wexford Park — Home of Wexford GAA

Wexford Park — commercially known as Chadwicks Wexford Park — is the home of Wexford GAA, located on the Clonard Road in Wexford town. The county ground hosts Wexford's hurling and football fixtures and has a capacity of 20,000. Chadwicks, a leading builders' merchant, holds the naming rights. Wexford is one of Ireland's most passionate hurling counties, and the ground has witnessed some memorable Leinster Championship battles. Wexford Park has served as the home of Wexford GAA since the 1930s. The ground has been progressively developed over the decades, with stands and terracing improving the spectator experience. Wexford GAA's golden hurling era in the 1950s and 1960s — when the county won multiple All-Ireland championships — brought large crowds to the ground and established it as a significant Leinster hurling venue.
